Identify the subject

Use the order number and checkout email for a purchase enquiry, or an item link and variation for a product question. Explain the issue, relevant dates and requested action.

Goods and parcel concerns

Describe missing, incorrect or damaged goods, with available photos of the item, packaging and label where helpful. Include tracking information for a delivery issue and retain relevant materials during review.

Changes require confirmation

Request address corrections or cancellation promptly. We check fulfillment status and confirm what remains possible. Sending a request does not itself change an order.

Arrange a return first

Obtain authorization and a case-specific destination before posting goods. A sender label or business contact address is not automatically a return facility. Our Return & Refund Policy explains eligibility and costs.

Keep sensitive details secure

Do not email passwords, complete card numbers or security codes. Limited details may be requested to locate an order or verify authority. No unconfirmed reply deadline or extra support channel is promised.
